Because of the nature of our products, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns for custom or personalized orders. Misspellings, incorrect dates, or any other typographical errors are not subject to refunds, since customers must approve all designs prior to engraving. We will honor returns and exchanges on non-personalized items. Please contact us at info@yimabean.com within 5 days of delivery.
